Come get your Yoga Groove on while toning your body, strengthening your core and increasing flexibility. This is a music filled and candle-lit Vinyasa Flow class. Vinyasa Flow is like a dynamic dance where the postures are connected through the breath allowing space for the mind to be calmed.
Thursdays 7:35-8:35pm
Beginners are definitely welcome.

Power flow class to build strength, stamina and endurance. Challenge your mind and body in this fun, upbeat class.

Expect to sweat as you build flexibility, stamina, heat and strength in an intense, yet supportive environment. Flow through linked poses with the occasional arm balance or inversion, all while maintaining a quiet and focused mind.
