Guys this video was an spur of the moment shot with and iPhone during a workout so excuse the quality.
I personally feel that the Glute Ham Raise (GHR) is one of the BEST hamstring exercises out there and I feel that its such a shame more gyms do not have a GHR because its a heck of a lot cheaper than a lying leg raise and it works so much better. In this video I talked about how we “rigged” up a sudeo GHR using a leg extension, Bosu Ball and some resistance bands. Even if you don’t have access to a GHR I’m pretty confident that you can do this with a leg extension.
