Here’s a couple of clips I took from my leg day the other day.
-Details about what I did:
1.Jump Squats using the TRX (4×15): I warmed up with these and I loved it!! They got my heart rate up. I was so sore the next day!
2. Stiff-legged deadlifts (4×10): Squeeze the booty!
3. Neutral Stance Leg Press; Superset with sumo dumbbell squats (4×10-15 on the leg press, SS with 12 sumo dumbbell squats after each set)
