PILATES WORKOUTS: (all 30 minutes, full body)

You’ll end this workout feeling vibrant, alive and ready to take on the day. (28 minutes)
Tone: A full-body Pilates routine that utilizes an exercise band for added resistance to tone, strengthen and challenge your muscles from head to toe. With fun variations, new challenges and assisted stretching, the band will become one of your new favorite at-home tools! (31 minutes)
Sweat: An intentionally paced workout designed to boost your heart rate while delivering the traditional Pilates benefits of muscle toning, core strength and improved flexibility. You’ll end this workout feeling tired in the best kind of way – not depleted or exhausted, but refreshed – knowing you challenged yourself and left it all on the mat. (34 minutes)
