Top 5 Movie Mistakes: Jurassic Park
Top 5 Movie Mistakes – Jurassic Park
From disappearing velociraptors, handbags, technological inconsistencies, and more, we look at some movie mistakes that “find a way” inside an otherwise masterful film from Steven Spielberg. Enjoy!
stop ruining my favorite movie
helou
How about at the beginning when they arrive by chopper. From the sky we see the jeeps parking (complete stop). Then when we see them coming out of the chopper, the jeeps are shown still backing up. Okay, it's continuity but still….
I didn't even notice these mistakes during the hundreds of times I've seen this movie until watching this video! :0
How bout the cliff in the T. rex breakout scene? Or when the raptor is hatching the claw is there in one shot, but then isn't in another. Those are the two biggest in my opinion. Great video
When I saw the part with the hand on the raptor but I thought it was the tail
GREAT VIDEO
no 1: it just making it steady
The mistake the bugs me the most is one that was obvious to me on the first viewing but which no one else is ever bothered by. It NEVER says "objects in mirror are closer than they appear" on the driver's side mirror. It's only on the passenger's side. The joke doesn't work because it cheats. Also annoying is when Ellie says she can't reach the gun. Tim could have helped. All he was doing was standing next to his sister squealing, but the filmmakers seem to have thought, "hey, if we just don't show him for a minute viewers will forget he's there." Also, there's a poorly framed shot when the cars enter the Jurassic Park gate that shows that the fence just ends a few feet away. There are many others. And yeah, they establish that deafening thumps are heard when the T-Rex is approaching, but suddenly he tippy-toes into the visitor center. Cheating again. I've always thought this was actually a pretty sloppy movie, relatively speaking.
Grant didn't like children right? He was just making good on the threats he lobbied against the "turkey" kid and sent the creature into the kitchen.
the volrapor did not desupair i saw
why does the T-Rex grabbing the velociraptor matter? the velociraptor disappears and appears in just 1 second like it doesn't seem obvious to anyone
that's stupid it is a tail not a hand
not so much a mistake, but an observation, in the scene where Elly Setler in holding a plant, she says its been extinct since the late cretacious, eeerrmm, how did they create the plant.
the cararvan door changes sides
is not a hand is part of the tail idiot ..You see that because of the perspective and form of the velociraptor
dat laugh do
For me, when the T-Rex blows Grant's hat off, the blast of air obviously comes from below the T-Rex. There are quite a few other issues I notice every time I watch it.
I will be happy to add one more: In the T-Rex scene when the lawyer leaves the car, he leaves the door open. In the next few scenes the door is closed. The door is open again when the T-Rex attacks the car which is closed by the boy eventually.
I always thought that squeak was from the container, and not Nedry.
i am going to become a movie director for a job and i am going to make a perfect movie and no mistakes
Oh no! A dino isn't in the movie for 1 frame! call 911! Call the police! We are all going to die!
First movie mistake I ever spotted was in Jurassic Park. When Generro runs out the car, he clearly leaves the door open. Then, when you see Lex looking for a torch, then shining it out the sun roof; the door is closed! Finally, when Rexy goes over to investigate the light; the door is open again, and Tim gets her attention when we actually see him close it
