Listen to these musics, despite the fact that you may or may not still listen to them.
Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge [Explicit] – My Chemical Romance http://amzn.to/2lBxPuR Emo
(What's the Story) Morning Glory? [Remastered] – Oasis http://amzn.to/2nbzJPc Britpop
KoЯn – KoЯn http://amzn.to/2lUWvtT Nu Metal
The problem is not the death of this generes. The prblem is that social media only promotes one specific genere "POP". I live in Spain and in the radio all what i can listen is that f*uking no talented genere called "POP". For me Limp Bizkit's Nu Metal stills being 100 times better than any kind of pop. Social preassure has hurt too much talented groups/artists that nowadays are lost.
Anyone else notice that most of the rock genres on this list are still listened a lot today?
have always loved mudhoney
BOO
some of the GREATEST songs i EVEr rock out to are from Numetal
but yea
it's not what it was
but still
those band use it when needed
i don't like the narrator of this
Wild grant constantly departure purchase no headline strip wooden.
lol I still listen to bands such as Limp Bizkit Korn among other stuff from time to time I don't think they're dead granted most of these genres don't come out on the mainstream that often anymore if not at all but I wouldn't say they're dead just under the radar
just because skrillex died doesn't mean dubstep did
7. Dubstep? 😀 Huh? 😀 What are you talking about? This is currently one of the most popular music 😀
Emo.. no es un genero de música .. Emo Rock ¬¬
Yet Death Metal survives?
vitamin really prefer vevy$much dominate ..
No mention of Pearl Jam for grunge? They are second in significance to the genre only to Nirvana.
"Snap Rap" should've at least got an HM
Why is watchmojo disabling omments? I am not subscribing if you continue to do this. Just sayin.
music is becoming the most subjective thing on the planet.
1. Real rap (gangster rap) r.i.p rap
"Artists" these days don't know how to make good music.
Grunge WILL NEVER DIE
Dubstep, good riddance.
Disco was underground, mostly the black clubs until Saturday Night Fever. After Disco Demolition Night, it went back underground but was changed into House Music thanks to Chicago djs. Daft Punk were mostly a underground til some tracks started to hit mainstream.
Where is Synth Pop/Plastic Pop of the 80th and early 90th?
8k likes and 8k dislikes… wtf people???
Oh, ok. Now I understand… I still listen to dubstep! And my mom listens to hair metal!
I think the list is solid but dubstep is still really big and it's honestly not enough kids
what about Gangsta rap or jus Hip Hop period
finally a decent list from mojo. what about that repetitive, cookie cutter britt garage band sound. ie. the strokes, the vines, the hives, the this, the that, the whatever.
