Secret of Evernore had also very confusing dungeons. In fact the game came with a Walkthrough, because Square probably didnt trust us Europeans to get through the game alone.
One I always had trouble with… The cave in the legend of kyrandia. It's an old 90s computer game. Addicting, but frustrating as hell
The Modron Maze ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…. Also, the Fade from Dragon Age Origins is missing here.
The water temple wasn't as confusing as many of the other entries
a lot of old games has bad game direction so you can pick and other games. This list is timeless
I defeated the N64 Water Temple when I was 11 with no guide or anything. Just suck it up and persevere!
Bunch of artards these levels were simples for me and my munckin brothers. We do drink liquid gas so that might help. But we also only have 3 fingers on each purple paw
Dark souls two is so dark i was groping around more than kevin spacey in a school changing room
I didn't find Silph.co to be confusing, I finished blue and yellow many times and I was just 13 that time.
Shrunken Shrine in FF1 should be here
Lost Cave in PKMN FR&LG should also be here
More like Morrowind The entire game.
The Great Maze? Really?
I take it the people at Watchmojo have never played Alundra.
What about the origianal metroid. The whole game is 1 big level with secret passages that are required to progress and give no hints on how to find them
I love the water temple. It’s the best map in the game.
Why does every water level in every game ever make me want to rip my eyes out from frustration?
OH MY GOD VIVEC. i think i legit quit morrowind once i got sent there.
I still don't know how to play minesweeper
How about Milon's secret castle……the entire game
Yo, I forgot about that place in Morrowind.. pissed me off.
Every dungeon in Phantasy Star 2 pre Internet days
Sunken temple and black rock mountain from vanilla wow.
HEY!!! Ocarina's water temple was not at all hard!!!
The water temple in ocarina of time used to be confusing to me. But after awhile I got the hang of it and it is no longer hard to me. The lakebed temple in twilight princess confuses me a lot more with the rotating stairs thing and remembering where to go first. Which I never seem to be able to.
Guess I was either lucky or smart enough to figure out the water temple because I really had no trouble completing it when I was 10 (was my first LoZ game too but I was also playing on the remastered version)
What about every level in Turok?
Yep, World 8 Fortress Is Still confusing, I mean I know how to get out of it now, but that wasn't very helpful the first time I played it.
The one thing that always got me with the Water Temple was the key that's hidden behind you after you jump down a level. If you've gone through it you probably know it as the key you over look till last.
The "Aldwych" level in TR3 is probably the most confusing level of TR franchise. It took me 3 hours to complete the level due to massive design when I played it for the first time
Fear Effect for the PlayStation 1 had a lot of confusing levels also.
I'm telling you if Costlemark Tower or the optional Dungeon from FFXV are not on here…my lord. Something doesn't have to be old or retro to be confusing or take forever to finish.
Put so many hours trying to get out of vivec back in the days hahaha
What's wrong with his voice?
Where the hell is System Shock 1994?
I spent hours in Medsci and every place looked the same!
Lets be real tho, has anyone ever even played the last game?
What about that part in the Fade from Dragon Age Origins, during the Circle quest? I don't know how many times I went through one of those mouse holes only to come out somewhere completely different than I wanted to and had to run the whole way back again.
The whale level in Kingdom Hearts
I beat the water Temple within a hour in master quest
Redneck Rampage The Sewer
What about the Luigi mission in sm64 ds Edition
I remember the great maze it was years ago I never beat it
