What about Channel Zero?
The shining shouldn't be on this list. It's overly long, boring and is no comparison to the original
the shining series is amazing! VERY true to the book.
IT as #1 seriously… No, Dead Set beats it so much…
IT 1990 isn't even scary!
channel Zero is WAY better than the boring AHS
I love harper’s island!
No storm of the century. Thats my favorite king mini series behind the stand
"They look a bit silly"
A mini series has to have you hooked by the first episode
How can Salem's Lot not be on this list?!?!!
The Langoliers and Harper's Island are TERRIBLE.
Where is Hannibal ??
Ahs will always be #1
just because each season is it's own concept, American Horror Story is a long running series. Shouldn't count, you could have put Salem's Lot, that was a mini series, and a well loved cult classic.
The shining was soooo bad. Just watch the nostalgia critics review of it..
Stag from the BBC last year was really good. Only three episodes.
When you go so low that you upload every hour
Knew it was gonna be #1
Dead Set deserves to be in the top 3. Its brilliant, and much better than most of those on this list.
why The Stand so low on the list. Randall Flagg alone makes it better than most of the other Stephen king miniseries.
That super scary
'Salem's Lot isn't on here? aww……
I love the concept and theme of the langoliers, the empty world left in time is eerie.
Too bad the effects were really goofy, it was 1995, but still…
that version of the shining sucked
Wait isn't this “The Kingdom” [aka “Riget” like Kingdom Hospital a little?
AHS is NOT a mini series
Harper's island is phenomenal!
Great list. Not sure I agree with the order, but you mentioned almost everything I was thinking of. I would have added "Storm of the Century."
Syfy's Channel Zero deserves a place on this list
So THE LANGOLIERS gets mentioned and no Salem's Lot…. I'm speechless.
Excuse me, sir! Do you have Prince Albert in a can? I bet you do! WA-HA! WA-HA! WA-HA! WA-HA!
I love The Stand I wish they'd do an updated version
The Stand >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> All these on the list. Especially the shinning mini that is so boring. Salem's lot belongs more then that or Langoliers
I haven't seen "The Langoliers" and "It" in miniseries-adaptation-versions. They are only 3 hours long after all. And if you think 3 hours is long, keep in mind that none of the "Lord of the rings"-movies are shorter than 2:52. "The stand" 5:59 and "The shining" 4:33 are a little much to watch in an unbroken line – although I have, on occasion done so. Oh, by the way: The villain in Stephen King's first and only Fantasy-genre novel "The eyes of the dragon" is also named Flagg.
Fuck sake . I've barely started Ranoake and you have a big spoiler scene in this .
Salem's Lot
