The good news? Universal is creating their own cinematic universe, but not with caped crusaders. It will be a monster universe, starting with Tom Cruise’s The Mummy! The universe will see monsters like the Invisible Man, Frankenstein’s monster and the Wolf Man collide. The sadder news includes Zack Snyder having to drop out of Justice League after the tragic death of his daughter, and the iconic Sir Roger Moore, famous for playing James Bond, passed away after fighting cancer. Join WatchMojo and The CineFiles as we count down the stories that made waves this week.

Sir Roger Moore was not just a great actor, he was a great person. Read his autobiography, it is honest, funny and inspiring. Please WatchMojo a much longer tribute.
Roger Moore's Bond films 1973-1985. His time in the role by 12 years will be matched by Daniel Craig's next year 2006-2017 ongoing? He has the record for now being in the role for 12 years or so. But i reckon Craig will eventually surpass it by his final Bond movie whenever it gets off the ground soon enough! Also R.I.P. Roger Moore you were an icon, the series had all the central actors in it for 50 plus years a testament to its legacy. You will indeed be missed sir!
