High School Dance Cardio Endurance workout with Myosource Kinetic Bands.
In order to maintain a high level of performance throughout any Dance routine it’s important to work on strength and cardio endurance. Dance preparation often includes a lot of start and stop activity and Dancers need to prepare aerobically to develop strength and cardio endurance so they can maintain a of high level of energy throughout an entire Dance routine. During this series of exercises we are working on strength and cardio endurance . We have added the Myosource Kinetic Bands to help fire the muscles in the legs and hips. We are also elevating the heart rate which is helping with cardio endurance. We are also working on plyometric’s and multi-directional movement. By adding this short fitness routine along with the Myosource Kinetic Bands Dancers will be able to improve their overall performance by reducing fatigue, improving balance and maintaining great posture.
