Healthy bodybuilding Chili recipe:
1 pound lean ground meat
200 grams diced onion
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans diced tomato
2 cans kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
Chili powder
Salt
Garlic / other seasonings
Cook the meat with the onion and then throw everything in the crockpot. Stir, set, and forget. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
