Healthy eating pattern Indian | Indian weightloss menu | My whole day meal routine
Today I am sharing with you an Indian Weightloss menu which is healthy and i have been following it.It works wonders for me in avoiding any junk food as I am having a very fiber rich meal every single time. there are three main meals and two mid meal/snack time foods that I eat.
First thing in the morning I have some Jeera water(cumin seeds boiled in water) which is supposed to lower the cholesterol absorption for the day.
The next drink is a health drink/tonic which is made from beetroot, carrots, mint leaves, ginger , lemon juice and a tiny dash of salt.
This drink is so rejuvenating as it is full of antioxidants and is very good for skin and hair and was helpful to recoop some energy for the day.
the brealfast i chose to make is sweet potao parathas.sweet potatoes are low glycemic index and is fiber rich.so it will keep us full until the next meal.I used homemade curd( topped with chia seeds and pumpkin seeds ) as adip for the paratha.
Mid Morning snack was an Apple that is again a fiber rich fruit and does not spike our sugar levels that much.
Lunch- Rice has been switched by quinia, a superfood, a complete protein (has all essential amino acids).I had it with simple dal gravy and some boiled veggies without any masala .this was made to make the afternoon non- snoozy/sleepy.
Evening- a bowl of moong dal(sprouted) and tomatoes and onions with chaat masala for flavor made it filling and tasty before a gym session.
Dinner:I had a chapati and spinach mushroom curry with low fat coconut milk gravy.
As abedtime drink, I had golden milk which was a wonderful way to end the day.It is a calming drink.
