Ingredients for mousse layer:
250 gms cream cheese
60 ml thick cream
35 gms butter
40 gms unsweetened cocoa
3 tsp instant coffee
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
5 tsp stevia
Igredients for whipped cream:
300 ml thick cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp stevia
Method for Choco Cream Cheese Mix:
Add cream cheese, butter and sour cream in a mixing bowl and mix it really well until its nice and creamy.
Add to the creamy mix cocoa powder, instant coffee, vanilla extract and sweetener. Give it a good mix once again and keep aside.
Method for Whipped Cream:
Add sour cream, vanilla extract and sweetener in a mixing bowl and whip it until it forms nice and stiff peaks.
Finally, add 1/3rd of the whipped cream to the choco cream cheese mix and mix gently using a spatula.
Add another 1/3 rd of whipped cream and mix again.
To integrate, add your choco later to the bottom of the serving bowl and use the remaining 1/3rd of whipped cream to top it off. Enjoy 🙂
