Hello my beauties! Sorry again for the slight delay in this video. Sometimes life gets in the way and throws you off track. Better off because it inspired me for todays video. BAD DAYS. We all have them. I think following some of these steps can really help you get through it. Sometimes we feel so alone and we drown in our own sorrows. NOT ANYMORE. ** I know there are some exceptions for this. Like losing a loved one. My advice for you is to NEVER stop talking about them. I really truly believe after this life there is somewhere else we all go. Just always keep them in your heart and mind. I know it can feel like the end of the world. At the end of the day your life will still go on. Life is way too short and we are never guaranteed tomorrow. Make that person proud by being the best possible person you can be. Spread love and help as many other people as you can. It will never be easy but it will get easier. XO
