Hi everyone! So Patricia asked me if I could demonstrate how I exercise with my blow-up ball that I showed you in my past exercise video. I’m a fan of taking it easy and doing the exercises we were truly meant to do. I’ve already gone down that road of pushing yourself and really getting the workout in and all it resulted in was very bad injuries that forever changed the course of my everyday life for the rest of my life. I personally don’t believe hard workouts are needed like most of our society tells us (even in the health movement). When you eat the way you were designed to eat you’re body stays in good shape to begin with and all that’s really needed is a little effort on your part for some light/easy exercise. Just my thoughts on that based off of my personal experiences with exercise. Enjoy the fun video! 🙂
