The standing long jump and clap press-ups are two great HIIT exercises for using as part of a HIIT exercise routine.
The exercises are bot explosive in nature, which means that they will speed up your heart rate to take you into the high intensity, high calorie burning zone that you need to be in.
When you do HIIT exercises the intensity of training needs to be as high and as hard as your body can tolerate in order to get the full benefits of HIIT.
This is because there are hormonal benefits to HIIT training. What I mean by this is that there are certain hormones the body releases that are conducive to weight loss.
Two of the most important hormones to weight loss are testosterone and growth hormone. Both hormones are important for gaining muscle mass.
The more muscle mass you have in your body the faster your metabolism is going to be. The faster your metabolism the more calories you will burn.
After doing a HIIT routine you will increase growth hormone, and will get an after burn for between 24-48 hours.
This means that your metabolism will be faster after the workout and you will be burning calories at an accelerated rate, whatever you are doing the next day.
This is why HIIT training is one of the fastest ways to burn fat and why you should use this routine to strip body fat fast.
