Serena Williams, is the best of all time. and why would you add that drug user Maria cheater.. Even with drugs she still could not win against Serena lol she should not be on no ones list looser
#1 S Williams #2 Navratilova #3 Graf (Seles was actually better!).
Monica is #1 for me
do mens
Women's Tennis has been weak for a long time now.
When Graf was playing, she had tons of competition.
The Williams sisters came on to the scene, and they overpowered all their opponents. There was little most of the female players could do against them. Women's tennis became boring, compared to the years before they came.
Hingis just got blown off the court by the Williams sisters. The strength and speed of serve was just to much for her, and for most of the other players.
There are so many mistakes made in women's tennis, it's ridiculous. You rarely even see a rally anymore. Everything is about trying to hit the ball hard, causing so many mistakes.
Sharapova wasn't really that great a player, it was just that her opponents just didn't play that well, which made her look good. Don't get me wrong, Sharapova could be in the zone, and win, but her game was always hit or miss. Her game wasn't very dependable. It was hard watching her, because she made so many mistakes. But she was tall, and stronger than a lot of her opponents, just like the Williams sisters, allowing a player, that wasn't really that great, to win anyway.
When Serena retires, I think we will see women's tennis improve greatly. It might take a few years for the players to adjust their games, but I think more people will start to watch women's tennis, because of the quality of the games.
I think early teen players right now, will have a golden opportunity. To reshape women's tennis, and I'm looking forward to what the future might bring.
Um actually Chris Everett has been to the most grand slam FINALS, she has won 18 Grand slam TITLES and has been in 34 grand slam FINALS.

Serena's career pales in comparison to Navratilova's…..AND in overall stats, so does Graf's. Graf won 4 more slam singles titles and was number a few months longer than Navratilova, but Navratilova has been by the far the most successful and dominant tennis player (male or female) that the sport has produced, in singles and doubles. I don't think there's really much comparison in that.. I did an interesting list of Serena's career vs. Navratilova's career (posted below).. NOT..EVEN.. CLOSE. Navratilova by a landslide. I need to do one with Graf's career vs. Navratilova's career.

Top 3: Radwanska >>>>> Graf >> Navratilova >> Henin>Clijsters>>>rest. Players proved of doping usage (S.Williams, V.Williams, M.Sharapova, M.Hingis) not included.
My favorite female tennis player is Serena Williams.
Where is Gabriella sabatini???????????????????
Not much to choose between several top players Navratilova, Court, Graf, S.Williams, Evert, Wills-Moody…Lenglen, Connolly, King, Seles.
Maureen Connolly, at least in the honorable mentioned list.
kiss my ass, Martina hingis is not better than Venus or Justine .
Martina è la numero 1
great video – thank you for sharing!
no she couldn't…
I think serena no 1 because no 1 in singles and no 1 double and she is a 4 time olympic champions in womens single
Martina Hingis can't be ranked ahead of Venus and Justine Henin, she couldn't beat either. I would slide Hingis down to 10, Venus at 9 and Justine at 8. Justine was better than Venus though I hate to admit it. And I would also swap Margaret Court and Billie Jean King. Court's record was superior. I'm OK with Steffi being #1 for now but Serena is coming
Maria Esther is not even on the Honorable list ….JOKE
Halep???
were is Justine henin
Steffi Graf was lucky enough that Seles was out of the game. I used to support Seles in the 90s and most of the time Seles won. Graf played many years after that unchallenged without major players in the game other than her.
23>22
King ahead of Court is laughable, it is well known Court dominated King during their respective careers
Chris Evert you claim has the most Grand Slam titles at 34?? where do you get your statistics, Margaret Court and Martina Navratilova have far more…… why hell Chris virtually never played ladies or mixed at Grand Slams……… Chris won 18 GS singles titles and 4 GS doubles titles, I don't know how good your maths is but 18 + 4 does not = 34! Margaret Court holds the record for the highest number of GS titles at 64.
But Serena beat Steffi Graf when she was young (like teens) and now has more grand slams and was more weeks consecutive and total at #1. It's indisputable Serena is the G.O.A.T

HONORABLE MENTION:
“Karolina Pliskova”
(For Possessing the Most “DANGEROUS” Serve Ever)
NOTE:
Karolina Pliskova DEFEATED the Legendary SERENA Williams at the U.S. OPEN in 2016 with …
… with ‘just’ her serve alone … ace after ace after ace after ace after ace after — ACE!!!!!!
(And in my book … ‘that’ in itself speaks volumes of KARO’s potential, with that Super ‘Deadly’ serve)
BONUS:
(BEAUTY BONUS):
#1. “Anna Kournikova”
… YEP.
NUMBER #1 for “ANNA KOURNIKOVA”
♥️
(for being the HOTTEST & the “MOST BEAUTIFUL” tennis player of all-time …. ever)
🙂

one player has no mention on here at all, Maureen Connolly. 9 grand slam victories in 5 years, 1st woman to win all 4 grand slams in the same year. how many more titles would she have won if she hadn't had to retire at the age of just 21, due to a riding accident to her leg.
Lindsay Davenport should be in honorary mentions.
my list : 10.martina hingis 9.justin henin 8. venus williams 7. margaret court 6.billie jean king 5.monica seles 4. chris evert 2.steffi graf 1.serena williams
There are only 2 players in the history of tennis I consider to be genius when we talk about sheer natural talent: John McEnroe and Martina Navratilova…
I´m pretty sure Serena is the best, she is not my favorite, but definetely the best. Steffi was so lucky that Monica was attacked and that Serena and Venus weren´t born before
Monica Seles could legally drink just not alcohol. Most people drink water more than anything else.
Bob Rigs was a middle aged has been some male player most people never heard of could beat him by the time Billy Jean King did.
Monica Seles would have won more grand slams had she not been knifed. Steffi would have won less. Serena Williams won more doubles titles and was number one in both singles and doubles at same time something Steffi Graf never did. Serena also won gold medals at the Olympics in both singles and doubles again something Steffi Graf never did.
Court, Evert, Navratilova and Graf are the top 4. One has to adjust not just for the era but the technology, which today, is doing a lot of the work that used to be done by tactics and skill.
I have nothing against 'transgender' quite the contrary – but the Williams " sisters" are a
massive fraud , competing against real girl players, the girls are clearly cheated. not fair
Serena has a winning h2h vs 6 other women on this list. Including hon. Mentions. Venus, Hingis, clijsters, sharapova, Seles, and henin. And 1-1 vs Graf
22 Grand Slam Won
Staffie Graff No one Replace
All time legends
1. Seles
2. Williams
3. Graf
4. Evert
5. Navratilova
6. King
Is it just me or should Venus be ranked ahead of Hingis?
update your list!!! Serena is the best
Steffi Graf is the complete package …grace, intelligence, humility and power. My #1.
