  2. my daily workout:
    – warm up {obvi} which includes straddles and splits
    – stretch my back by doing backbends, lifting and holding an arm and or leg for two minutes each
    – hand/head/elbow/chin stands
    – work more on my straddle
    – cartwheels, one handed cartwheels, and ariels (no handed cartwheel)
    – walking my handstand
    – back/front walkovers
    – ETC.
