Breakfast
Protein Pancakes:
-1 banana
-4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
-1 scoop of protein powder (4-5 tbsp)
-Pinch of baking powder
(OPTIONAL)
-Fruit
-Cinnamon

Lunch
Taco Salad:
-Cherry Tomatoes
-2 handfuls of Lettuce/Spinach
-1/2 cup of beans (I used navy beans + warmed them up for 30 mins)
-Carrots
-4-5 tablespoons of salsa
-1 Whole red pepper (I fried mine in olive oil on medium-low heat for about 5 mins)

Dinner
