There are certain nutrients individuals need. There are specific nutrients that women need. Women of reproductive age need to make sure they have enough acid in their diets. Other nutrients that women are deficient in are magnesium and zinc which are used to help produce all of your female hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and progesterone. B-6 is another nutrient that women need to balance their hormones and can often be depleted if you are taking oral contraceptives so being on a good B complex vitamin or multi vitamin can be helpful.
Having the right nutrients can also help women keep their metabolism where you want it , that you are able to burn fat and have energy.
