Description
Pole-Sculpt – A combination of traditional exercise sets (such as push-ups, squats, crunches) mixed in with pole lifts and climbs for an all over body workout. This is a great way to get fit, to keep fit – and to increase the strength you need for the pole tricks in your courses!
Pole Circuit – Set the pace with a combination of strength-building and toning exercises within a circuit format that will keep you moving! Great class if you want some variety in your workout, different stations with different workout moves, some involving the pole.
Tricksculpt – For any ladies (AND MEN in some of our studios!) out there who already know some pole tricks from intermediate level upwards (think split-grip side holds, laybacks, inverts for ladies or flags, shouldermounts and handsprings for guys) – this is a GREAT workout opportunity for you! Imagine doing a layback and then having to do crunches from this position! Or 5 x invert transitions on either side in a row!
You should already have a feel as to whether you’re up for this class, but if you’re unsure, talk to us! We’d love to see plenty of guys and girls working it out in Tricksculpt – you won’t believe how much stronger and fitter you’ll be!
