What’s the movie or series at restless leg sindrome when a redhead was present
What, no narcolepsy? Combine sleep paralysis with extreme exhaustion and insomnia, sleep attacks (aka sleeping at random times during the day without even knowing you're falling asleep) and cataplexy (basically, your body becomes temporarily paralyzed during the middle of the day). Oh, and did I mention the hallucinations? Sometimes so vivid that narcolepsy patients are sometimes misdiagnosed as having a psychological disorder?
I have sleeping paralysis.
restless leg syndrome…tnx that is a thing of the past for me.
Sleep paralysis… I had it once, it literally feels so real, you can't move, I remember clearly seeing two ghosts on my wall. I was scared shitless

For those of you who have sleep paralysis I have a question. Do you try to make yourself move or do you just wait for it to stop? I have sleep paralysis ALL THE TIME and I'm always scared that if I don't try and make myself move I'll die. I know that sounds dramatic but that's literally the feeling I get.

I actually know someone who I believe said she was from Asia.
She told me that where she was from (she has sleep paralysis) that there was sort of an Urban Legend closely saying that it may be caused by a ghost or spiritual being being near by. Or something of the such. Which I thought was kinda neat/interesting.
Also, last year, I can't remember the exact details but one of the kids I used to know actually ended up getting Sleep Paralysis during a field trip that lasted a few days and he might've had to go to the hospital, not to sure . I mean, that field trip sounded like a disaster because another kid had gotten seriously injured and had to get taken to the hospital.
I'm glad I didn't go.
Maybe an honorable mention to Nocturnal Panic Attacks? I suffered from these (and my terminally ill wife did as well) for 3-4 years before my wife died. Not too fun to wake up from sound sleep to sweating profusely, heart pounding like you have run a mile and short of breath. I haven't suffered one attack since my wife died 5 years ago. I attribute it to long term stress.

Holy shit! I've occasionally experienced loud sounds like a bang or something resembling a rocket flying past my head while laying in bed and never thought that it was something other people experienced. It's quite seldom that it happens, but when it does, it's quite jarring. Never knew this was a well known thing.

About that Sexsomnia, my next neighbors wife have this problem. 5 Years ago when i move in next to her. Some shit happens. At first my door was always open its a nice neighborhood. I grow up there. So i know many people but those neighbors are new at least that's what the people telling me. But i was alone that night my wife was working (night shift) so i was sleeping and don`t lock the backdoor. I woke up and see that wife (neighbor) riding me on top of me? I was shock i had no idea wtf happen. She was riding and i was doing nothing. When i came i feel so fucking sorry. She just left? Back to her home. I was WTF, The next morning i was talking with my wife about some shit what happen, she told me it was a dream. No it was not. Couple of week past. And then the neighbors we meet outside she was looking normal not shock or any ice breaking sweet nothing she remember me like nobody. I`m ugly fat so its not about those good looks. A month later i let the door again open nothing happens. Couple of try later. And the same shit happens. Now i try to get her awake but she act like she is awake and i got very confuse so i go to the doctor for seeing my aids test i had perform because i got rape in my own bed. Without a condom. Lucky no aids. But that good man told me that she probably have sexsomnia. Its not a bad condition but you can get aids if she fucks the wrong man. So from time to time i let her in. 🙂 yeah my wife don`t believe me so yeah iam bad. But she is so beautiful.
Sleepwalking and these other sleep disorders are disturbing.
sleep paralysis and RLS are horrid. my meds that keep my moods level and the RLS at bay give me sodding nightmares which sometimes leads to paralysis so i can't win. however, i can't not keep my RLS controlled as i'm one of those unlucky ones who gets it all over the body. and believe me, 3 + hours of constant movement which eventually leads to self hitting is exhausting and rather scary. my worst episode ended up in a hospital visit. side note: don't mix recreational drugs with bpd. i have no idea if the damage i have done to my mental health is permanent or not :/
