every trailer these days spoils movies, this is why I avoid them
Terminator Genisys
Batman v Superman
Everyone keeps comparing Avatar to a bunch of films i just keep saying
"it's disneys live action of pochantas"
Foreigners come looking for some type of rock that will make them rich
You got the dashing explorer whom everyone respects
Said explorer meets a hot native chick
They fall inlove
Explorer is now doing everything in his power to stop the war between his people and the natives with said hot native chick
War is stopped
They live happily ever after
Civil war…
Three words:The Phantom Menace.
How is terminator 2 not on this list? Stupid
Interesting how The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers was listed in this video, while also being in the video of the Top Ten Best Movie Trailers.. hmmmm
Which is why I don't watch trailers of movies I plan to watch…
with Free Willy, what kid is going to see a movie where the whale might be butchered at the end.
kids movies have to show the success of the pivotal plot.
How could you leave out Independence Day. The moment they showed the White House blow up I was like "wow, there goes the suspense".
True.
I was in a cynical mood.
Regarding Free Willy the title gave it away. You should add The Notebook the trailer told everything.
Anything pre 2000 should get a pass for spoilers. Back then it wasnt nearly a big deal as it is today. People didnt watch Free Willy for the surprise twist ending. They just wanted the safe feel good movie they knew they were getting.
two trailers that ruined a movie for me specifically the first time i saw them was the one for 'billy bathgate'. i thought it was going to be a cool 1920s gangster movie. ha. and the second one 'executive decision'. once i finally got over that it was not a steven seagal flick, the second time i watched it and ever since, i enjoyed it. there were a few more movies in the 80s and 90s that came out, not listed.. cannot think of the name off the top.. but ALL the action or comedy in the movie was in the trailer. wasted my money watching more movies than i can count. ok, i went to a lot of movies. i admit. i worked nights and went to matinees. except for star wars and star trek, not much brings me into a theater anymore. john wick might. that looks good. if its not all the action.
Suicide Squad must be hear
none really
The trailer for the movie life is one of those trailers that pretty much sead every thing that happens in the movie.
Wish me luck; I'm going full screen.
i remember a magazine article criticizing trailers that revealed to much…the only movie i can remember from that article was "Despicable me". it might not have revealed too much of the plot, but it gave the punchlines for all the best gags.
Cast Away is very boring and far too long. It also has an unhappy ending. Why was it popular?
well it wasn't a movie but fallout 4. come on showing the ending
and now spiderman (2017)…
i am a marvel fan but
deadpoil spoiled all scenes
civil war all plot twist and spiderman
i think spiderman homecoming spoiled enough
Props to Interstellar for doing the opposite and hiding something that many others would pay a lot to have in their movie so definitely the trailer.
Why Isn't Jason Bourne on here?
No lie there was this one retarded kid and my school and he use to shout out "FREE WILLY" and i was like "Who tf is willy".
3:52 "while there's no such thing as too much scarlett johansson"
tfw 2017 happened
Terminator 5
The mummy trailer 2017 shows almost all the fim wth
What about the Blade Runner trailer? That's pretty much every scene in blade runner in five minutes
I'd say old movie trailers, because they were like like 3 to 5 mins long.
thor 3
Funny that they rank Two Towers at #5 here and also #2 in their best trailers of ALL TIME video.
Avatar is complete trash. The humans/whites are SO evil and the aliens/minorities are so noble!! The human/white people would eat their young for fun and the aliens/minorities are pure goodness and full of honor! They just want to be left alone and can do nothing wrong!!! Of course that shity film came from the mind of a dirty jew.
I would Say "Psycho" (1998), The orginal's main theme went for Tricking the audience in beleiving who the Killer was, Like the first 30 seconds of the Remake's Trailer already tells you who the Crazy one is with it's over the top Stock footage ytp seizure of a representation of the inner mind of a Serial Killer, plus it changes the tone of the how the Audiance sees the Main character in the film from how it was originally meant to be, Funny considering the 98 film was a SHOT FOR SHOT REMAKE…
Top 10 PREVIEWS that ruined a movie? All PREVIEWS ruin a movie, they give away way too much. I noticed this trend in the mid 2000s starting with Talledega Nights, and Nacho Libre. Not only did they release 10 different previews with difference scenes spoiling the movies, MTV and Comedy Central had all these specials on them before the movie was released showing even more. There's no point in going to the theaters to spend all the money it costs anymore, you've already seen most of the movie if you watch all the PREVIEWS that are out. Just wait for DVD or streaming.
Allied. Why's it have to reveal British Intelligence thinks she's a spy? The reveal of the plot twists is one of the best parts of a movie, unless the studio already revealed it in the trailer just cause it wasn't the main climax.
I absolutely hate when studios do this. It happens all the damn time
quarantine literally had the entire finale in the trailer, even the poster is the final moment of the film
You guys have LOTR Two Towers in the list of best trailers and trailers that ruined the movie. Make up your minds
Can't ruin a movie which is already bad
