I recommend that if your digestive tract is twisted and badly scarred that surgery is a must to get the bad tissue out of your body as quickly as possible, having had this affect me to the point of having surgery had I of known what I know now I would have done the surgery a long time ago. Yes, it's mentally straining to accept and to allow someone that willingly wants to slice and dice a stomach up to make someone feel better, and to actually allow yourself to succumb to the surgery in the first place(Took me personally the better half of a decade to allow myself to surgery as an option-I felt like I had to literally be dying to have me be okay with the stomach slicing-mainly because of the side-effects of what could happen to a person had they had the surgery done or preformed by an idiot or a cocky asshole that doesn't care or gets offended by the type of insurance you possess or don't possess, these are all factors to consider and in doing so could cause you to actually have a flare-up in the process of contemplating the last resort scenario as I call it), I'm PRO surgery first and foremost because there isn't any medicine out there and I've tried them all to no avail…So when I say that no medicine is going to work to put your body into remission, what I mean is that as long as there is heavy and extreme scarring or inflammation rather of the digestive tract or if you're at the point of no longer being able to hold down soft foods like mashed potatoes or liquids or in other words a blockage that having the right surgeon can mean the difference between finding remission and staying in remission other wise God help you all …As Unprofessional as that sounds it's the hard truth…stay away from predisone it will only make you sicker if you have to take that/this drug to obtain a sorta inflammation "FREE" body then you're probably going to want to get a DEXA SCAN done before or after the surgery, because it's likely that the doctors that placed you on this hellish drug have actually allowed you to inherit some form of Osteoporosis or bone marrow loss, or weakness of the body to extreme measures. Get the Surgery done by a person that knows their shyt and that has FAITH in something whether it's God above or humanity below they must have Faith in something other than there own abilities. Why because it's like dying slowly like slowly, slowly dying without the surgery, but by that time you'll be on any number of medications to treat your symptoms that will not help once you get the bad tissue out I recommend taking Humira or Remicade or Cimzia, these are the best at keeping your body in remission but only after you've had the surgery otherwise your body is going to build up a tolerance to it and it's going to be too late that by the time you actually have no choice in the matter(SURGERY SPEAKING HERE) that once that bad tissue is gone that the medicine will not make much difference in which you'll have to bounce around again and again to other medications that have extreme side effects like 6mp my advice is to stay the fcuk away from this drug completely, disreguard what others say abut this because they are not you and they are not taking this drug yet they want you on it, there's a way to achieve remission as I have found, first colonoscopy, second find a surgeon, thirdly get a anti-inflammatory injection of some kind that works best for you but I don't recommend that you begin taking it until you've had the surgery first because once you have that surgery your body will begin to absorb nutrients and minerals so much better than before then your going to need to take a pain medicine and not morphine either, oxycodone works best since it brings forth a sense of vitality that the other medicines don't provide this is also the same reason why they want to bann it altogether because it makes the sick and dying become normal and the normal person become superman over night, ake the pain medicine to keep your body from experiencing the symptoms of crohns disease, since you have crohns disease you will not become constipated unless you're taking a fcuk ton of opiates but that will never happen because they would rather you be in pain pain all the time before they allow a person that's that sick to rise above the non-sick in energy and happiness and wellness, the pain medicine will work very well, you must retain a mental hold of wanting more of this drug so please keep your body at a middle to low dosage of this stuff and from time to time try different opiates so as to keep your body from becoming tolerant of the substance this is the trick and the key, otherwise you'll become a junkie and the medicine will no longer work as well and you'll have to go on stronger stuff, and lastly for the moment that is because there are so many other factors to consider before jumping into the remission world, your going to need an anxiety medication as well I prefer Valium because it has a dual property that works well for body stress and the others can cause seizures if stopped cold turkey, not-never stop anything cold turkey its not like taking Nyquil or Tylenol okay so be serious about this issue otherwise you'll hurt yourself, btw most doctors know that pain medicine is a factor that they are going to have to deal with and by deal with I mean control because they more or less have no clue as to how to treat this disease but they know your in pain and that you need the opiates for other means or uses which scares them, because they could lose their license to practice or even serve jail time depending on how bad they messed you up or another person up or from the fear o what other doctors have had happened to them in the past, the best solution is you and by you I mean that you're going to have to be your own LAB RAT to figure out what works out best for you and this step is the hardest to understand and to relay to other doctors about because they're looking at you like your living it and your looking at them like they learned it but as to how much have they learned, that's the key they tell you something that doesn't work for you and you disagree say hey give me my regiment or give me the cure but don't pretend to know what we are going through, and remember just because you have crohns doesn't mean that you are like me or the next guy/girl that has it, it is completely different within each person much like a fingerprint,  so just tell them to base your illness on an individual basis only and to not lump you all into one group like cancer patients or people with HIV/AIDS, take care and be aware of what they insist upon you and remember what works for one will not work for another!…I will entertain any and all questions from my perspective, but remember that my methods are my way of dealing with it, the one thing we do share in common is to stay stress free by any and all means!!!—NOTE TO READERS BE OPEN MINDED
