Hey guys welcome back (:
Breakfast- 3 eggs (scrambled) a banana and normally a protein shake with milk/ but I mention on the video we did run out of it and need to go buy.
Food- Caesar Salad or Sweet Potatoes with Tuna. I’ll chose between those two choices.
& right now I’m drinking 3 bottle of water a day trying to get to 8 bottles but I’m going little by little.
By all means I’m not a nutritionist or any type of doctor; I’m just sharing my story and what’s been working for me to help others who’re going or want to start this journey.
